INTRODUCTION
 

With the economic downturn the organizations will have to make all efforts to reduce cost and maintain satisfactory cash flow. In order to maintain satisfactory cash flow, it will be imperative that the Operations and Supply Chain functions will have to make all out efforts to optimize the inventories. The Supply Chain function of the future, therefore, will have to use the best practices. Those who will take the path of using the latest techniques and the technology have the best chance to survive and grow.
This program will provide you with these 'best in class' techniques in Supply Chain function.
This workshop will be presented in 2 online sessions of about 3 hours each. During 1st session, a practical assignment will be given to the participants. In the next sessions, some of the participants will discuss the work done in their assignments and this will benefits the other participants.

The programme will be conducted by Mr. Hemant Jog.

Mr. Hemant Jog is a Mechanical Engineering with an additional qualification in Materials Management with a gold medal. He has over 33 years of industry experience in the areas of Sourcing and Supply Chain, project management and operations. Hemant has a vast experience in automotive and has worked as Head of Sourcing for SKF and was instrumental in a lot of new initiatives in the area of sourcing. Hemant has completed a green field and brown field project each and last 12 years has worked as head of operations handling the multi-location plants. He has worked as Vice president - Manufacturing operations with NRB Bearings Ltd where he was responsible for 3 plants.
