INTRODUCTION
 

Industry 4.0 is seen as the next step of evolution of the way Businesses and Manufacturing would work, interact, interconnect and improve through Data Automation and Connectivity; much like how Smart Phones and Internet connectivity have transformed lives.Indian Industry cannot afford to lag far behind in implementing Industry 4.0 for "Future Proofing" itself.

While there is lot of noise about Industry 4.0; Indian Industry is struggling to make a beginning in a big way as there no clarity on its cost and benefit, and also how to implement it so that it grows and integrates with the future development and does not remain as an isolated graft.

Mr. Gunaseelan R is a Mechanical Engineering Post Graduate (ME from Anna University, Chennai) with more than 38+ years of experience in reputed organizations from Robert Bosch, Meritor, Harita TVS, Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) , CVRDE (DRDO), Special purpose machines and with 3.5 years of International experience at Germany & UK as well.

Hands on experience in : New products development (Mechanical, Electronics, ECU & IoT Products, etc), Engineering services to global customers, Resource agumentation for key accounts, In-charge for Bosch ECU -Reliability Testing Lab,  MES implementation, Business development for Relibility testing , Industry 4.0 & IoT products, etc.

Expertise in : Delivery head for Engineering Teams (Design, FEA simulation, Project Mangement and Reliability testing teams), Business Strategy planning & deployment, Competency development,  IoT & ECU Program Management, Engineering service Deliveries, Setup Test labs, Supplier development, Product localization, Key account management, etc.,
