Manufacturing being at the core of this, people skills are crucial to enhance and sustain people efficiency. Even the customers are demanding their orders to be processed or machined by skilled people.

The entire skill system development and its proper implementation helps the organization to improve people efficiency, enhance people engagement in learning, relearning and improving performance and hence the business outcomes.

Having defined the role specific skill set requirements, helps in designing the learning contents, designing the skilling interventions, Delivering the interventions keeping applications in focus, skill assessments / validations for the purpose and the needful corrective or preventive actions creates an independently authorising on the work or reskilling.
