INTRODUCTION
 

WPO, or workplace organization, is a fantastic way to streamline operations and cut down on non-value-added activities (NVAs), which assist identify issues early and increase output significantly.

A disorganized workplace is the single biggest obstacle to a productive workflow. Many firms have implemented this method in the modern era and have seen increases in productivity and profitability. It has also benefitted in - More workplace utilization, precise inventory, a professional appearance, and higher worker morale and hence a must for all.

This program shall facilitate employing WPO in the work and generate significant productivity improvement roadmap.

  • Identify process hurdles, Measure the hurdle count through our specially designed 'Hurdle Meter'.
  • Generate Motivating factors to counter the hurdles.
  • Find the NVA (non-value-added activities) percentage in the organization, using 'NVA Scale' with 7 NVAs commonly faced in an organization.
  • Understand how a productivity be increased significantly by establishing WPO in a small-time investment.
