Comprehensive Training on “Design and Manufacturing Special Purpose Machine - Women Exclusive" Date : 21 February to 21 April, 2022 Location / Mode : Bengaluru INTRODUCTIONIndian Machine Tools Manufacturers’ Association IMTMA is an organization engaged in providing comprehensive industry-oriented training for fresh engineers to enhance employability skills and working professionals in the field of Mechanical Engineering focusing on the areas of production, quality, maintenance, automation, and machine design engineering for higher productivity. FEdream is a Non-profit Organization that sends underprivileged girls in India to college. FEdream’s mission is to empower underprivileged women in India to develop and pursue their passion through funding and mentoring. FEdream is intended to empower women engineers by imparting industry skills for industry readiness and make them employed across the manufacturing industry to become self-reliant. IMTMA and FEdream realize their objectives, potential, strengths and agree to work on a common platform for their similar noble objective “Women Empowerment in India” IMTMA and FEdream have understood the need of technical skilled-based training for all deserving young women graduate or diploma engineers passed out from various Indian Engineering/Diploma institutions PAN India. FEdream expressed their interest to sponsor a Training program organized by IMTMA exclusively for unemployed young women graduate and diploma engineers passed out from the academic year 2020 and 2021. In view of this, IMTMA is organizing A Hands-on Training on “Design and Manufacturing Special Purpose Machine” fully sponsored by FEdream and their Industry Partner Alex Group of Companies. Post-training, IMTMA, and FEdream together facilitate placements for all the desired candidates across the industry.
HV Rajashekara, Advisor and Head IMTMA Design Institute He has over 21 years' experience on Machine design from HMT Limited and 6 years from Johnson Electric Group, Hong Kong and was responsible for High precision machines. In addition, he has 7+ years' experience from Training domain at IMTMA. BL Patil, Senior Executive Officer – IMTMA Design Institute He has over 27 industrial work experience in the field of Fixture design, SPM design (Metal cutting), Process planning for machined components Krishna Rao – Industrial expert and Professor He has served in various positions in HMT Machine Tools Limited in Design Department for 24 years. And he teaching experience of 17 years as Professor, Head and Principal for 8 years in various engineering colleges. Maqsood A Khallaq - Industrialist With over 3 decades of expertise in Machine Design and Fixturing. An ex-HMT as Dy. General Manager served the R & D dept. He now runs his own Industry "XL CNC Machine" at Peenya. Arunakumar – Industry Expert Is a Postgraduate Mechanical Engineer with a Machine tool specialization. He comes with over 36 years of domain expertise in Machine tool design, Assembly, Inspection, Testing and Motor and pump selection Shivakumar – Industry Expert He is an industry expert with over 25 years of rich experience in the Design & Development of CNC Machines. Presently Mr. Shiva Kumar is a Technical Consultant to THK India Pvt Ltd Subramanya P – Industry Expert He is an M Tech graduate from IIT Madras and MBA from Bangalore University. He has over 30 years' experience in Various Positions in HMT in Design and Development and ITC Limited Preetham – Senior Executive Officer IMTMA He has 20+ years of experience from Nuclear, Aerospace & Automation industry. Prior to IMTMA, he has worked at Avasarala Technologies Limited, as Assistant Manager Maheswaran - Senior Executive Officer IMTMA He is having more than 13 years of experience in Technical Training and has acquired expertise in CNC manufacturing and Automation in the precision manufacturing of components Ganapathi KN – Industry and Academic Expert Is presently working as Advisor at IMTMA, having 16 years of industrial and 16 years of academic and training experience. He has a thorough knowledge of Materials, Metallurgy, Metal casting and heat treatment processes. V Bharat - Industrial expert and Professor Dr. Bharat Vinjamuri is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Global Academy of Technology. He specializes in Finite Element Methods and Additive Manufacturing. He volunteered his services as a consultant to many organizations. He has 16 highly regarded international journal publications to his name. He has written a book titled "Computer Integrated Manufacturing." Powder Metallurgy, Design of Experiments, Artificial Neural Networks, Additive Manufacturing, and Finite Element Analysis are among his research interests.
REGISTRATION : Prior registration for participation is necessary. Number of participants is limited and will be accepted on ‘First Come First Serve’ basis. A Certificate of participation will be issued to participants. |
