War on Waste Date : 23 July, 2024 Time : 0940 Hrs to 1700 Hrs Location / Mode : Online INTRODUCTIONThe purpose of this course is to create a vision to practically identify material waste reduction opportunities and to find practical and feasible solutions to eliminate them, which in-turn may save huge money. There are lots of waste in system be it product or process. The reduction of such waste and NVA can give huge benefits to the organization. Keeping this in view, Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers' Association (IMTMA) is organizing a 1 day interactive programme on ‘ War on Waste’. The programme will focus on various elements of Waste and NVA identification proven well in automotive industries which can be applied in non- automotive industries as well. The Trainer shares his rich global experience in the domain and will be more interactive so that the delegates can get back with clarity on action plan which they can implement from the next day. Group exercises and discussions carried out during the programme, will enable the delegates to relate and discuss the current challenges they are facing.

This programme will be conducted by Mr. Pankaj Aggarwal Mr. Pankaj Aggarwal is a mechanical engineer and has over 34 years of total experience.
