Proportional & Servo Oil Hydraulics Technology

Proportional & Servo Oil Hydraulics Technology

Date : 30 July, 2024   Location / Mode : Bengaluru

INTRODUCTION

Lot of knowledge about Normal Oil Hydraulics exists in industry with Equipment Builders as well as Users. But in absence of any standard forums, there is lot of knowledge-gap at industries, about Proportional Oil Hydraulics (mainly being used in Mobile Hydraulics as well as Machine Tool Automation), & Servo Oil Hydraulics (increasingly being used in Test Rigs, Hydraulics Presses, Hydraulics Nut Runners, Remote Controlled Mining Equipments and some more Intelligent Power Motions).

Keeping this in view, Indian Machine Tool Association is organizing a 1 Day Training Program on Proportional & Servo Oil Hydraulics Technology.

Please note, this is a Class Room type generic technology program

  • Overview of Oil Hyd Basics (Pressure / Flow etc)
  • Overview of main Power items … Hyd Pumps / Cylinders / Motors
  • Overview of Normal Hyd Pressure Control Valves / Flow Control Valves
  • Introduction to Prop. Control Valves (Electronic / Lever Operated)
  • Introduction to Servo Control Valves (Electronic)
  • Concept of Frequency Response
  • Introduction to Servo Cylinders
  • Introduction to Overall Hyd Scheme design with Prop / Servo Valves
  • Introduction to Overall Control System
  • Oil quality / Filtration / Heat generation & Dissipation

  • Engineers who are familiar with Normal Oil Hydraulics Technology, will get macro level understanding of Prop. / Servo Oil Hydraulics Technology
  • Detailed insight of Prop / Servo Valves / Servo Cylinders
  • Exact difference between Proportional and Servo Valves
  • Insight for optimum selection of Prop / Servo Valve / Servo Cyl for a given application
  • Insight of Intelligent Motion Control with Prop / Servo Hydraulics in conjunction with intelligent Electronic Controllers (like PLC)
  • Application Areas

Engineers / Managers / Key Decision Makers in Machines -Test Rig Building Industries and Mobile Hydraulics / Mining Equipment Builders, As well as in User Industries (Automobile / Railways / Defense / Mining / Earth Moving equipments … etc)

This program will be conducted by Mr Anil Purohit.

Mr. Anil Purohit is having more than 4 decades industrial experience … (including Machine Building Divn of TELCO Pune, Bharat Fritz Werner Bangalore, Self company (Leonardo Automation), Director (Technology) of ETA Technology P Ltd. His expertise include Automated Indl. Machines and Test Rigs, Automation Products and Technologies (PLC / VFD / Servo), Motion Control thro' Electrical Servo as well as thro' Oil Hydraulics.
