INTRODUCTIONBusiness planning and budgeting are critical to the success & sustainability of a business. Business exists for profits – if not for any other purpose. And business pundits have often remarked that "Nobody plans to fail, they fail to plan". Hence a business must be planned and it is critical to ensure that the actual outcomes confirm to plans, be it either in the short term or in the long term. Every business owner needs to understand how to make a business plan and plan a budget to ensure they run a Sustainable & Profitable Business. There is tough competition both globally and in the domestic market, it is all the more important to have a clear system of tracking the business and take appropriate actions to enhance Business Performance. Companies having a robust system to manage their business are often preferred in the Global Market thereby holding an edge over competition. Keeping this in view, Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers' Association is organizing a training program on Business planning and Budgeting for sustained profitability through Good manufacturing practices.
After undergoing the programme, the participants will be able to -

Mr B S Raghavendra is a qualified Mechanical Engineering professional with over 32 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations. He has extensive experience in driving operational and manufacturing excellence (Business Excellence) in reputed Auto/Aerospace / Non-automotive industries. He has the ability to enhance the efficiency of the entire business process of the industry using Good Manufacturing Practices(GMP) and Lean Manufacturing systems effectively resulting in a profitable World Class Organization. He has worked with leading manufacturing organizations such as Maini Precision Products Pvt ltd, Rane(Madras)Ltd, Hampson Industries, Electrolux India, Videocon Appliances, Suprajit Engineering Group, Nash Industries, Aequs Aerospace and Duroshox Ltd. He is a Certified ZED Assessor and Master Trainer. REGISTRATION : Prior registration for participation is necessary. Number of participants is limited and will be accepted on ‘First Come First Serve’ basis. A Certificate of participation will be issued to participants. |
