INTRODUCTIONRolling bearings are precision components playing a vital role in the reliable functioning of rotary equipment and industrial machinery. Lack of bearing awareness can lead to premature bearing failure, unexpected machine breakdown and loss of production. Basic knowledge about bearings can avoid these losses and bring in huge savings & benefits to the organisations. Proper selection and mounting of bearings is crucial for achieving the desired levels of accuracy in modern machine tools / Industrial machinery. Keeping this in view, Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers' Association is organizing a training programme on "Enhance Your Bearing Performance through right maintenance". This program will address all the relevant aspects of rolling bearings right from various types, application details, mounting & dismounting methods, lubrication and trouble shooting.
After undergoing the programme, the participants will be able to -
This programme will benefit Engineers & members from Design, Production, Planning, Engineering and Maintenance functions from Machine Tool, Automobile & auto ancillaries, Pumps, Motors and Gear box manufacturers, Tool rooms, Defence and Railway establishments, General Engineering and other capital goods manufacturing industries. This program will be conducted by Mr. Hanumanth Kulkarni. Mr. Hanumanth Kulkarni comes with over 34 years of rich experience in bearing industry. Having associated with SKF, Timken, FAG and NBC, Mr. Hanumanth Kulkarni brings in expertise in the areas of Design & Development, Manufacturing, Application Engineering and Technical training. Presently he is running his own company in training and consultancy services. REGISTRATION : Prior registration for participation is necessary. Number of participants is limited and will be accepted on ‘First Come First Serve’ basis. A Certificate of participation will be issued to participants. |
