INTRODUCTIONUnderstand the basics of Loss and Cost. Categorisation of Losses and definition of Losses in manufacturing industry is must to understand where the money from CAPEX and OPEX is draining out. Lack of proper understanding about Losses leads to increase in overheads of the organization and reduction in bottom line (profit) of the organization. Learning about Losses will benefits the organization to monitor each loss and to reduce the losses significantly. Keeping this in view, the Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers' Association is organizing a 1-day training program on "30 Major Losses in WCM".
After undergoing the programme, the participants will be able to -
Department Heads / Managers / Supervisors in Manufacturing functions – Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, PPC, Logistics, etc. The program shall be delivered by Mr. Sachin Bhawsar. Mr. Sachin Bhawsar, is a M. Tech. in Manufacturing Management with 31 years of experience in all manufacturing functions – across Automobile & Automotive industries. He has been a Manufacturing Excellance (TPM/WCM/WPI) Practitioner since the year 2001. He has been a senior management professional for over 12 years – Functional Head/Plant Head/Director in multiple organizations including MNCs and reputed Indian companies. Having been responsible for P&L for many years, he is able to explain financial linkages to operational challenges. Having a rich experiences across Automobile & Automotive industries, he featured in Business Today for helping the industries in their difficult time to reduce losses and improve their business profit and efficiencies, also to upgrade the technical skills of their important assets (i. e. people) through extensive training modules. His journey in industry is full of achivements achieved in multiple organizations under different environments. He is a good orator and has a penchant for teaching concepts through his experience and able to connect the audiance with subjects and topics. REGISTRATION : Prior registration for participation is necessary. Number of participants is limited and will be accepted on ‘First Come First Serve’ basis. A Certificate of participation will be issued to participants. |
