Background

Every business would like to succeed in the marketplace, and there is no business which sets out to fail. Yet, many do fail, a few reach reasonable levels of success, and still fewer attain great heights of success in their venture. Today, this success is not measured only by commercial success, but by a more holistic measure of the contribution of the business to the customer, employees, society, and all stake holders. Any business which delivers a high level of satisfaction to all its stake holders can be said to have achieved “Business Excellence”.

While there are many Business Excellence models, IMTMA has developed a  model that is both quantitative and qualitative, and is simple so that a manufacturing organization can do a self-assessment of its standing easily. The program will describe this and will take participants through an assessment during the program.  At the end of the program participants will have the ability to do a deep analysis of their companies with their staff to find strong and weak points, and what is required to strengthen the organization’s business processes for better performance.
